“When using with a Sonos beam (optical) how do you turn off the internal speakers. More importantly how do you control the volume via the tv remote?”

• On the setup menu once you turn on the sound bar with optical it will auto turn off the internal speakers. Very simple. Haven’t touched the volume. It’s set on the sound bar and I very rarely adjust it.

• You can find the audio settings by going to Home>Settings>Audio. The TV remote is not designed to control a soundbar connected via Optical Audio Out. You would need to use your soundbar remote or a compatible universal remote. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
