“When i plug my headphones into the headphone jack it works but i loose the sound on the tv. Is there a way i can have both on at the same time?”

• Told by a support person at Best Buy if you buy a sound bar with a audio out you can make it work.Hope this is helpful. Any feed back????

• Currently, this is how the audio on the TV is designed to work. When using the headphone jack for private listening, the internal TV speakers are automatically disabled. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
