• The buttons located on the lower portion of the TCL Roku Remote are our partner buttons. They are designated at a factory level with some variation. There is not a guarantee of which partner buttons will be on a remote. They are intended to be shortcut buttons to select streaming channels. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
