“How do you anchor this TV to the wall or use a wall hanging mount? There are no screw holes on the back of the TV. Is this only able to be used on a cabinet using the two little stands that came with the TV?”

There are a total of 4 mounting holes. 2 of them have screws in them, and should be removed. This TV utilizes M6 screws for mounting purposes. The length of the screw depends on the mount you are using. Different mounts may have different thicknesses and some people elect to use spacers. This is why the length depends on your specific setup and hardware. Most mounts come with a "screw kit" that has various screw sizes in different lengths.
