Refer to your apple TV manual. I would assume you need to program your new TV into the remote.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We are sorry to hear that you are frustrated. As we have not done testing we are unsure of a guaranteed fix for this. However, some of our customers have reported the following has worked for them: On Apple TV, go to Settings > Remotes and Devices > Volume Control (very bottom). So click "Learn New Device..." and follow the directions (Grab the TCL Roku remote, point it at the Apple TV, hold the volume + button, then volume - button). Hope this helps!
