I originally ordered one from Amazon because they had them available much sooner than BB, unfortunately it arrived damaged. Luckily, Amazon's return process was super easy. If going that route, you can certainly quickly open the package upon delivery but you may not be able to refuse it if is damaged. Again, Amazon will set up a free return pick up and will credit you shortly after it is collected. I personally have never used Best Buy home delivery since the store is super close but I have yet to take one home and open a TV that has been damaged.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Amazon broke my first one as well, which is why I waited for Best Buy to sell them so I could pick it up myself. A lot of broken TVs though amazon. Packaging of the TV was fine though, better than Samsung, so not sure what happened with amazons first batch.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Those were TV's that were purchased from Amazon ( in large quantities) that were shipped to them. Once Amazon ran out of stock, this company increased the price a bit and then turned around and shipped them out. So those TV's were shipped twice increasing the chance of shipping damage.
