Are any of the HDMI ports 2.1? (4k 120hz capable) null

Why (aside from Vizio) do companies decide to make the eArc port one of the two 120hz ports.. Its a real head scratcher. You're essentially making one of the 120hz ports useless if you use eArc with a soundbar.
