“Do you have to mount the tv on studs or can you just use anchors to mount on drywall? As you know it's impossible to mount the wall mount brackets to studs. Or do you recommend any other VESA to mount it to drywall?”

It has beefy wall anchors with it. Ideally one of the screw holes will land on a stud but I think that the TV is so flush to the wall that it won't have a lot of force pulling the anchors out.
