- Answer Regrettably, the cost of replacing/repairing a 65" panel would cost more than purchasing a brand new TV. It is very unlikely any service providers would provide this service due to the cost. Thank you, TCL Customer Support

QuestionJust purchased the TCL-65" tv and would like to know how do I hook this up to an older Pioneer surround sound receiver. I can't find any manuals. The receiver doesn't have an optical, or an HDMI port. But it has the usual RC jacks for Monitor/TV

- Answer Use an optical to RCA converter, about $8.00 on ebay. Make sure to remove the caps on the cable before inserting it. Works perfectly!

- Answer Within each TV series there are different sizes and models available. These models can have differences in their physical/cosmetic design, remote controls, or the on-screen user interfaces. This 65 inch TV uses a 300mm x 300mm VESA mounting pattern. Thank you, TCL Customer Support

QuestionHow much onboard memory does this device have for storing the Roku apps, and does it support the addition of a micro SD card like the Roku set top devices to keep more apps on the device at once with minimal reloading.

- Answer I don't know the exact amount of onboarding storage, but I was able to install quite a few apps with whatever storage was available. Not sure about sd card, but when I tried to set up rewinding for live TV, it told me I need at least a 16 GB storage device for that (jump drive I believe).

- Answer An external Roku device is a bit different than a Roku incorporated into a TV. However, our TCL Roku TV provides a very similar experience, and receives continual updates like the traditional Roku devices. This TV also provides quick navigation, high refresh rate, low lag, and dedicated game mode for gaming. Since this TV has a 4K resolution, the incorporated Roku will also support 4K content. By having the Roku device incorporated into the TV it allows an addition HDMI to be open for other devices to connect to. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

- Answer I would not use this.Because bottom of tv in back does not sit flush with wall.On amazon a company called Mounting Dream has wall mounts for $20.

QuestionCan the video output be flipped 180 degrees? We are trying to wallmount this TV on an existing wall bracket in the office, but it only fits (ceiling clearance) if we mounted it upside down.

- Answer We had Windows flip the PC video output for us, TV is using HDMI. Don’t know how upside down mount could be different from not for safety. If TV falls it’ll land on a cart full of broken PCs anyway. In meantime we can see our network uptime chart. Ta!
