whats the difference between QM751G and QM 851G null

QM8 series has larger number of local dimming array zones than QM7. Offering higher contrast and brightness.

The qm7 only gets half as bright. Look up "rtings TCL qm7 vs qm8 and it will give you a complete side by side rundown of all the stats that they have tested them for peek brightness, dimming zones etc.tgey are very thorough. And it's not always what the factory claims.
