Regardless of what the BestBuy website and the TCL response is, I have just spent the last 3 hours between TCL and Best Buy and there is not an adjustable stand. Each time they say "use the middle mounting position" they are looking at the manual for the smaller versions. TCL is supposed to be calling me back but they have not. TV was delivered at 8 in the morning and at 10:30 at night I have now been through 2 TCL service reps via phone, 3 best buy service reps via chat, and a wonderful woman at the best buy 800 number none of them were able to even confirm if there is or is not an adjustable stand. Now there is a 7 foot tv laying on the floor in my living room two days before thanksgiving because I don't have a 70 inch long table to put it on and I purchased this to be stood on the same table that my 65 in 6 series (4 years old) is currently. If you need a short base this is not the television for you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The stands are NOT adjustable despite Best Buys website. I've spent a full day downloading manuals and staring at the bottom of this TV. There is absolutely only one spot for each support. They're not even interchangeable, due to different plug patterns for the right and left, which I thought was strange. This TV is new enough that most TCL manuals, for the 85R655 part number only cover the 65 and 75 model. I'm now looking for a wall mount.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. For this 85 inch TCL Roku TV, there are actually 2 different options for feet placement. At the wider position, the feet spacing to fit on a stand is 67.3 inches. At the more narrow position, the feet spacing to fit on a stand is 15.8 inches. You would simply choose whichever option would best fit your home setup. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
