“my Lg Blu-ray/dvd player has no Wi-Fi, internet connection or network capability -with my player connected to this 98 inch TV via player hdmi cable will this player work and & play Blu-ray/dvd movies w/o Wi-Fi, internet etc? Please let me know soonest. TU”

If the Blu-ray/DVD player is connected via HDMI to the TV, there is no need for the device to have internet capabilities. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
