I bought a 2022 model of the 98" TCL 4K TV and the screen is only slightly reflective. I have the TV facing a 20 foot wall of windows in my great room and there's very little reflection, and no reflection that I can notice when the TV is on because it is so bright and vibrant. So I believe there is already some form of anti-reflective coating.
