No, However this sound bar would still be a perfect match for your 32" TCL TV. You should have no problem using the digital audio port of the TV to send sound to the Sound bar. You should also be able to use the TCL TV remote to increase and decrease the volume on the sound bar.
However, if you want to utilize the Arc ability of your TV and see the volume level pop up on the screen you may want to look at are ARC compatible sound bars like the "Alto 6, Alto 6+, Alto 7, Alto 7+, Alto 8i and our Alto 9+ models. Hope this helps.
