• I have connected the sound bar, subwoofer, and TV to the power supply, and then connected the sound bar to the HDMI ARC port of the TV with a cable. The purple light flashes on the sound bar to indicate that HDMI is connected, but the sound bar is still not connected sound.

• You have to change from bluetooth to HDMI with the remote.
