• Maybe not the best answer, but I’d say yes. I have one for a Sony & Vizio tv and it linked itself and I only use my tv remote.

• This TS8212 soundbar is compatible with most TVs. If you connect it to one of our TCL Google TVs via HDMI ARC, and make sure CEC settings are enabled on the TV, you should be able to control the volume with the TV remote. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
