A:Answer You have to do a manual pairing. This is the process we used to make it work as per tech support: Unplug the sound bar from power. Discharge it by holding down the power button on the sound bar 15 seconds. Unplug the subwoofer for 15 seconds. Plug subwoofer back in to power. Press the source button on the subwoofer for 5 seconds. (square with arrow inside) Plug in the subwoofer and press the pair button on the back of it. You will get a message on the led on the bar saying it is paired if it worked. If not, press the source button for 5 seconds once again.
Other than having to do a manual pairing, it is working fine for us.
