Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I went through 3 different ones with "Retail Sample". I ordered online, had a replacement sent, and even went into the store. All 3 "Retail Sample" Not sure who dropped the ball, Best Buy or TCL, but it makes setting up wifi a bit of a chore.
