Does this particular case have a lip/bezel to protect the screen? null

Yes it does. It'd say it is a couple millimeters higher than the screen, maybe a millimeter or two higher if you have a tempered glass screen protector. But it's still enough to prevent the screen from making contact with the ground :)

It has a slight lip/bumper for the screen protection. I’m guessing it is to protect from face down falls.

I bought a screen protector. It curves around a bit but I still wanted more protection. Love the case. I've dropped my phone screen side down and the case is thick enough that my screen did not touch ground or crack.
