Hello Frank! The KX-TCA430 headset is compatible with your handset. If you are experiencing echo during calls, please make sure there is not inference from other electronic devices that may be close to the phone. Please ensure that the headset jack on the handset is clean and the headphones are plugged in properly. If the issue still persists, please press Menu on the handset, then the # key and enter 122. Make sure to select A and press Save. Hope this helps! - S
