“I have the KX-TCA430 and am trying to use it with a laptop... I have an adapter, but so far only the speaker works and not the microphone... is there a specific adapter required? If so, which one? Or is there another way to get the microphone working?”

Thank you for your question. The headphones were manufactured to be used with Panasonic Dect 6.0 Phones with a 2,5 mm jack. We cannot guarantee for compatibility with laptops or other products that have a different jack size.
