Questioni use my husbands wi fi in our home for my i pad, kindle, and tv. All the devices were working together well until 2 weeks ago. All the devices say they are connected to the wi fi but not connected to the internet. Can someone from Geek Squad fix that?

- Answer Contact the Geek Squad at 1-800-433-5778 if you have the Total Tech Support Protection Plan and they can set up an appointment for you. You can still have home service, but you'll probably have to pay for it. The Total Tech Support Protection Plan is really worth the cost.
