• We got it downstairs into our basement, one piece at a time. Definitely takes 2 people.

• It weighs over 200lbs, and most of that weight is the center section that can't be taken apart. It would take 2 very capable people to get it up a set of stairs but I wouldn't try it.

• If your upstairs room is approximately the size of an Amazon fulfillment center then, yes, it should fit.
