“Is it possible to break the microphone? Or if it's covered (say with Gorilla tape) would it be muffled a lot? This may be weird, but we are trying to find a pet camera without 2 way audio so hackers can't listen to us, but that seems impossible.”

• Not sure. You can turn it off and on via your phone.

• Just open it up and desolder or break the microphone.
