No it does not have that movie but for a good reason. The films in this collection are the James Bond films that were produced by a company called Eon Productions. Never Say Never Again and the 1967 Casino Royale were the only two Bond films that were made by a different production company.

(Same for the 50s Jimmy Bond CIA Agent TV film and the 1967 spoof Casino Royale.) Also, it was basically a remake of Thunderball. Go to wikipedia for the full story.
