Why not let me use the store pickup option ? null

Sometimes Best Buy waits till the last minute couple of days before game come out or even until day the game is released until they do store pick up.

The default store you chose for pick-up might not have any in-stock. You might need to choose a different store or call them and ask them to look up the item's SKU in their system to find the closest available store.

The collector edition is probably limited in numbers it's sold out on one other retailer so maybe Bestbuy is getting low on collector's edition. They might get more or someone might cancel their pre order or something.
