“Why can’t I purchase it when it says preorder? Every time I try to it just tells me it’s not available online and I don’t understand.”

• No it does not let you order in store. I went to 3 BestBuy store locations and they all are telling me the same thing. It is not available for pre-order yet even though it pops up online to come in store for pre-order.

• I know best buy really needs to fix there site. It was annoying sitting refreshing my phone all day close to 12 hours and the pre order was live all day and kept saying unavailable for pre order

• You can't pre order un the store i go and they says the reléase is to far to preorder
