That happens everyday to me. its a mistake on bestbuy's website, they’re actually not available yet that’s why it be sayin sold out. once they officially have the stock then youll be able to fully checkout

I had a script that alerted me when the button was available, but even if I got here within a minute, I could add it to my cart, but it wouldn't let me check out. This has happened 10 times or more since the announcement. Same thing every time. I get to check out, then it says either "sorry, we discovered it's out of stock" or something like that and it removes it from my cart, or it says my delivery option (store pick-up) is not available, but it also doesn't let me change to shipping. At this point, I don't really believe they're getting more of them. I think someone at BB is just messing with us. I'm giving up, going to try to be happy with my Collector's Edition. Seems ridiculous they can't just make a few more of these since it's a pre-order.

I suggest you go to other online retailers in hope of getting the Collector's edition. Trying to find an Ellie Edition is near impossible.
