Remastered typically means an major overhaul in graphics i.e high definition to support PS4 console, along with some other tweaks i.e sound, animations etc.

Re mastered means that the game has been graphically enhanced to take advantage of the PS4 hardware capabilities. The graphics look much better than they did on the PS3, the original platform it came out for.

The game was originally made for the PS3 and because the replay value is so high, they decided to remake the game for the playstation 4. Definitely recommend this game, the graphics are amazing!

The graphics. They were increased from 720p to 1080p. I believe it's also in 60 fps. It was already beautiful on the ps3 and now it's better on the ps4. Also this comes with all the DLC.
