Absolutely go for the Remastered while it's on sale. I had the PS3 version without any DLC but decided to give it another play through after seeing it on sale.
As good as it looked on PS3, it's surprisingly one the best looking games on the PS4 - really a stunner. In addition to the DLC being included, the gameplay mechanics are improved and there are some other additional features.

I have played both versions, and the PS4 version is much better. The 60FPS is a huge step up, especially if you have never experienced the difference. I got the remastered version on sale for $14.99 which is a great price for the game and the DLC in my opinion.
