• The Expansion Pass adds three chests in the starting area with a Switch shirt for Link and extra items. It also includes two DLC packs. DLC Pack 1 is The Master Trials that adds The Trial of the Sword, Master Mode, Hero's Path Mode, the travel medallion, and new armor. DLC Pack 2 is The Champions' Ballad which adds nine armors you can find while treasure hunting, along with a new dungeon, more shrines, and an ancient bridle and saddle.

• It absolutely does if you consider armor sets (several) and an additional challenging dungeon as additional content. Worth it in my opinion.
