I'm not. Amazon or gamestop for me. Neither of those two have failed me before. This is the second time best buy can't even get that right

Shipping label was generated the day before, but the package was not collected by FedEx until the day after. 4 days later (Tues), it still hadn't shown up! When I contacted Customer Support to find out what was going on (was really hoping for more than an apology, like maybe a voucher or discount on a future order) I was told that FedEx had LOST my package. Really? FedEx tracking was not telling me that, but since Best Buy said that was the case I asked if it could be replaced. Helpful customer service rep arranged for a replacement to be shipped to me. Both original and replacement subsequently showed up - 6 and 7 days after release day. Then I get an email from Best Buy telling me that since both were delivered, I need to drive to the nearest Best Buy and return one (or arrange to pay if I want to keep it). Seriously? I live over an hour from the nearest Best Buy, which is why I ordered online in the first place! I have replied with a request for a return shipping label but have not heard back yet. Terrible experience, will never pre-order anything here again! (Side note: have multiple kids, had ordered another copy from a different retailer and that one DID arrive on release day. Why couldn't Best Buy do that?)

The only tracking information shown says ‘delayed.’ If you managed to get me the ‘free’ promo art print 3 days after release, where is the 70 dollar game?! Support is non-existent. Would cancel the order if that was still an option.
