Yes, the inital phsyical release does. If your copy you see is in the shape of a small box that's larger than a standard Switch game pack case, it contains the extras, with the standard Switch game case inside the box as well.

Yes, the physical edition still comes with those extras! If you're wondering if a copy in a store is that version with the stickers and map, look at the box. If it's a bigger box than a normal Switch game, it'll have the extras (I also have yet to see any other version in-stores). Also, if you order it through Best Buy and it for some reason isn't the bigger box, you can always return it if it's unopened!

Alot depends on whether it was a listed PreOrder bonus or not. That is the difference with PreOrder and orders after release date. They may have different packaging. Otherwise you should ask BestBuy forum for more on the status of what comes packaged in the item.
