A:Answer It's a fairly large downgrade graphically. The game itself is still all there with no cut corners, but the visuals are much poorer. Even the console versions can be called potatoey at times, but the Switch version without a doubt. The resolution is much lower and the textures are not nearly as detailed, you'll also have issues with framerate.
That all said however, it is a technological marvel they were able to put this size of a game onto a small Switch cartridge and then have it run on a portable console. I'd rather play this game at home on a better system for long stretches as it's not exactly a bite-size game, if it's the only way you can play it, I believe it's worth experiencing any way you can.
