• All the DLCs & patches will be on disc. That means that you won't need an internet connection to access the content, nor will you need internet to install any patches, as that will all be on disc.

• It's all included on the disc. Some of it has to be enabled in the main screen gameplay options menu. The rest is in the game.

• Yes, all additional content are already included on disc and to the overall world once the game installs (which is also remarkably quick). Rather than a voucher code, the game actually comes with instructions regarding the expansions and DLCs.
