Does this device have cold mode to reduce eye bag? null

Nope. I wish there was a cool option too. I pondered possible ways to cool it but ultimately decided it was not a smart idea as it was an electronic device. Maybe someone will offer that one day. Hmm maybe its already here. Reminder to self... google that.

No. This initial release/product version does not have any cooling option. Currently (as of 1/19/24), just heat & vibration.
