It depends on how you sleep. If on your back and you don't move around much, it could be a great sleep aid. I have used it with my cpap and although very nice, i couldn't sleep in it all night.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have fallen asleep in mine a few time, wake up very quick since I am a side sleeper. I make sure the light are off when I start a session, otherwise going from blackout when they are to any room with lighting is jarring
