“Exchanged 2x. First gun showed the LED charge screen, but stayed at 0% whether I used the wall charger or the Wireless Charger. Second gun charges wirelessly, but the wall charger neither shows the LED screen, nor does it add charge. Any advice?”

Return it and get something from a different company. This happened to me and customer support was completely unhelpful. After doing more research, battery failure is a very common problem. I now have a $400 paperweight!

Same with me, plannog to call the tech support and return it back to the store. Very dissatisfied. $350 item and poor quality check. My problem is that I need it badly for my lower back.
