• Theragun offers an app (iPhone & Android) that connects your phone to the device. The app comes loaded with a variety of massage routines and the app controls the timing and speed of the mini via Bluetooth. At first, I thought the app was a bit of a gimmick but in use, I've found it to actually be really helpful!
