• Yes. It is in the case behind the foam cushioning.

• The charger was packed in with the Theragun - but ours did one initial charge on the batteries and then would never recharge the batteries again. All the lights were on - it appeared to be charging but nothing....batteries remained uncharged. We took it in to see about repair, but they could not repair it, so we just returned it and bought a different unit.

• Reach inside the bottom half of the box and lift up the cardboard base. There is a compartment under that cardboard base that holds the charger and accessories.
