How long does the battery last null

I just bought it and it lasts about 35 mins max on full battery, problem is if you run it for straight 35 mins it actually heats up then shuts down. Takes about 2 hrs to fully charge again after that, and u cant use while charging. Personally ima take it back and see if I find another brand. It has great benefits but battery is trash
