• Hello Amanda, thank you for your questions and for your interest in model SGSXP305TS. The grates are not dishwasher safe. It is recommended to follow the instructions on page 24 of the Use & Care manual to clean the grates. There is an optional accessory griddle for this cooktop. The part number is SGRIDDLEW, and it can be purchased on the Thermador website or by calling Customer Care at 800-735-4328. Thank you for considering Thermador!
