“I have 2 fan controllers as I have 6 fans and the controller only has slot for 5.I connected 3 fans on each, and when I switch the dip for con1 and 2, fans didn't work. but when they are 1 and 1, it works, but I get a duplicate error and have 2 reset”

If you have the thermaltake pure plus 12 you have to use the appropriate connector that joins the two controllers together and you need the software.
