“hello it said it was coming today but it says "Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet"”

• Hello, When ever you order through Best Buy, Thermaltake creates the label right away so the unit is ready to go as fast as possible. We still request up 7 buinsess days to build the machine and send it out. Best Regards, Thermaltake Support
