No. Comes with a standard PC type plug. It needs 12 volts to operate, USB is 5 volts.

No USB or power supply is included. Only wiring with plugs to attach to motherboard. Someone with electrical skills may be able to cut the plugs off and solder a USB connector to the end however the fans are 12 volt / .15 amp and most USB ports are 5 volt. You can purchase premade cooling pads that your laptop sits on and does plug into a USB port.

I've not seen a cooling stand. Several connections supplied but no usb connector

It uses a 4 pin molex connection and a three pin connection. There is no USB compatibility I am afraid.
