Please try again later.I work in the electronics manufacturing arena, so to answer your question yes, if this is a seal between an aluminum heat sink it performs beyond automotive specifications. Make sure when applying that when you secure the heatseal the run out from the thermal paste doesn't short out any connection on the PC board (if attached to one).

Please try again later.I didn't read anywhere on the package stating wether it would or not ..it does have diamond dust in the product and it works excellent for thermal breakdown if it were me I'd contact the company and ask but I'm pretty certain you can still get the lil tubes of paste at o'reilly auto parts for about$7.00 that is specific for ignition modules ..it's different from the di-electric grease hanging up by the registers .make sure to get the right one and good luck.i hope this helps some
