Yes. There is a switch on the rear panel to choose either line voltage supply. Out of the box it was set for 115 volt.

yes it does have Input Voltage: 115v/230v. Input Current 8A / 5A

There is a dip switch next to main switch. You can switch input between 115Vac and 230Vac.
