Dear Brian; 100% YES. The HP p6110f has a similar power source as the one you are looking at. I've replaced them myself in many HP towers like this. You should have ample power and resources to run everything. Go for it. Best of luck.

Video card you are looking at requires one 6 pin video connector and operates on 116W of power. Video card has a recommendation for a minimum of 400W power supply. This power supply has everything you need.

Looking at the mounting points of your case, it looks like the standard ATX. So fitting the power supply should be ok.
