Will this work with gt 730 gpu? null

Yes. According to Nvidia the gt730 requires a minimum of 300 watts, and this provides 600. I'm using it with a gtx1060 which has a higher power requirement and it doesn't have a problem.

Yes. Mainly because the GeForce GT 730 does not require an outside power source. It derives its power directly off the motherboard. But yes, that gpu will not bog down this power supply.
