QuestionI have a buzzing noise coming from the PSU while under load it gets louder but it’s still buzzing at idle. I haven’t noticed any performance issues. Is the buzzing normal ? Does the buzzing indicate a failing PSU ?

- Answer Hello, What you are hearing is called "coil whine" and it happens when resonance between two components occures. It's not a sign of anything failing, but it is something warranty will replace. Feel free to start the RMA process by going to support.thermaltake.com and using the eRMA service. - Answer Hello, Yes, you can upgrade the GPU in the computer on your own. Keep in mind you will want to upgrade the PSU as well. A 4090 needs a lot more power than a 4070. Best Regards, Thermaltake Support

QuestionHow many ssd ports does it have?

- Answer so apparently there is literally NO way to know what you are paying for until you open the box? one might have sata, ide m.2 ports, etc., another may have none. Same price. Why do I not get how this is ok? I have to literally drive to the store, make them get one out, open it up and then and only then I will have some idea what I am paying for... weird.

QuestionI might just be slow but what cooling system does this build use? I dont see it listed anywhere?

- Answer All air cooled on my I7-12700F with RTX 4070ti, I am currrently running 25 Celsius on the CPU and 27 Celsius on the GPU at idle. While gaming I have not seen temps above 45 Celsius. Very, very efficient case and cooling fans !

QuestionWhat is this and where does it go? Came with the PC but not instructions on installing if needed. Doesn’t seem to fit anywhere on the exterior, so maybe inside of it?

QuestionSometimes when i start The PC My monitors say no Signal and i have to turn it off and wait 5-10 mins and try again or sometimes my monitors don't show signals but when i test the monitors with the laptop they work fine is this a known issue?
